Complementing the versatile design is the compact and portable mini fluid head, which features fixed damping for smooth operation. The fluid head can tilt +90°/-55° and rotate 360°, and it comes equipped with a removable non-slip lever and an Arca-type quick release plate, allowing for seamless transitions between handheld and tripod shooting. Additionally, a built-in spanner facilitates an easier camera setup. The fluid head's oil pressure chamber and damping grease provide a fixed rebound force and damping, ensuring consistent and controlled movement.

Distinguishing the SmallRig tripod from others, this model boasts 1/4" threaded holes added to the bracket, catering to the needs of external magic arms, mobile phones, monitors, and more. Furthermore, SmallRig has improved the tripod leg knobs, opting for metal knob locks to prevent the common issue of plastic knob breakage.

The 4-section column legs of the adjustable tripod can be locked in place with a simple knob, allowing the working height to be adjusted from 16.9" to 72" in seconds. The tripod is capable of supporting devices up to 33lb/15kg, while the fluid head can handle up to 6.6lb/3kg.
